The house, given the architectural condition of abundant daylight, is opportune to be built with smooth layout, which inspired the designer to expand the public area into a capacious space that consists of the living, dining and study rooms with sleek traffic flows and extensive indoor views.

本案基地位於新興都市中心，鄰近學區，四周交通便利環繞多項聯外大幹道。空間以中大坪數為消費主力，多落於中壯年換屋為方便照拂家中學齡成員之生活型態為主，為空間首趨規劃。屋主期望打造寧靜溫馨的閱讀氛圍，不多植入現代享樂主義需求於內，以上條件主輔間都張顯了已俱經濟力之中壯年族群所需。
The house, located at the center of an emerging development city, is adjacent to the schools, and has convenient transportations. The target clients, for house purchasing, are those favoring the medium or large residences that provide the quality of life for the families having young children. The house owner wants to have a serene and cultural living environment with no excessive entertainment facilities. The house is ideal specifically for the middle-aged with decent incomes.
客廳樣貌非既定成俗，不以大型家具為區域界定，僅以單一獨座沙發為區域焦點。沒有電視，有舒服的地毯與架高的大窗邊台座，並置多個抱枕，呈現多處可席地隨坐的舒適樣貌，賦予客廳空間以更多功能形態呈現，可容納多人相聚或一人獨品味，也可當成視聽間或閱讀區，隨性隨意。
Rather than selecting large furniture, the designer decorated the living room with an armchair. The living room, though has no TV, is adorned with a cozy carpet and an extensive window seat with cushy pillows. The place is excellent either for gatherings or for anyone savoring the undisturbed moment. People, likewise, can watch movies or read in the living room as well.

The large double-side cabinets are comprehensively furnished as the boundaries between spaces, e.g. between the entryway and dining room. The big double-side book closet is installed between the living and study rooms as well. The excellent space arrangements support the smooth traffic flows. The large table, in the mid study room, is conveniently welcoming for family activities.

The designer thinks of the lukewarm affection as the most important elements of a happy family, who are caring, loving and accepting.
